Frequently asked questions
All your questions about the Farmer’s market answered here
How do we ensure its ‘clean’ food?
Even though we have strict sourcing guidelines, we cannot guarantee that the food is clean. We are not a certification provider or quality control manager. What we do is go to visit every farm/potential vendor and investigate with our own eyes various aspects, such as water source, pesticide & fertilizer usage and location.
How can I be a vendor at the Farmer’s market?
If you are interested in joining our Farmer’s market and feel like you are either a clean producer, make handmade products or cook clean, yummy food please fill out our contact form and get in touch! Why become a vendor at the Farmer’s market?
- Meet new potential customers face-to-face who care about high quality products
- Test out a new idea/product and see if people like it!
- Get your name out there, spread the word about your brand/product/idea
- Be promoted on our farmer’s market website with your own vendor profile
How much does the Farmer’s Market cost?
The Farmer’s market is free for all visitors and includes the workshops and exhibitions. If you are interested in being a vendor and learning about the costs for a stand please contact us for more information.
Will this be the only Farmer’s Market?
If the first Farmer’s market is a success we plan on organizing monthly markets. We aim for this market to grow over time and want to encourage more farmer’s to practice safe growing methods and build the community.
